Freeway Corporation, a successful and growing metal component manufacturer, is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager is responsible for promoting outstanding customer service, communicating effectively with customers, processing orders and quotations, and following up on special customer requests.

Responsibilities

also include confirming pricing and delivery, expediting purchase orders, entering customer forecasts and change orders, and initiating the customer return process. Responsibilities

:

• Manage existing accounts developing and maintaining successful relationship with customers via phone and email
• Act as a liaison between manufacturing, engineering, shipping, and purchasing related to customer activities
• Oversee the order process from initial quotation to product delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Prepare and deliver proposals, and quotations to potential and existing customers
• Enter orders accurately and promptly
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. EOE Job Type: Full-time
