Responsibilities

of an Entry Level AT &T; Associate:

• Prospect and engage new customers by identifying their unique needs and communication challenges.
• Present tailored telecom solutions designed to improve connectivity and support business growth.
• Walk customers through available products, pricing, and promotions so they can make confident decisions.
• Build and deliver compelling sales pitches that close deals and consistently hit revenue goals.
• Stay informed on the latest industry developments, technology advancements, and market trends.
• Partner with fellow Entry Level AT&T; Associates to create a smooth and efficient customer journey.

Qualifications

of an Entry Level AT &T; Associate:

• A motivated self-starter with a genuine interest in sales and building customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for earning trust quickly.
• Comfortable working independently as well as contributing to a team setting.
• A background in sales, customer service, or telecom is a plus but not required to apply.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic sales software is beneficial.
• An ambitious attitude and hunger for continuous learning and career development. Pay: $850.00 - $1,500.00 per week
