Responsibilities

for Car Salesperson

• Attend morning sales meetings
• Utilize the Business Development Department to reach out to new and former customers
• Work sales floor and lot, answer questions and engage customers
• Escort customers on a tour of all new/used vehicles and the dealership
• Offer and participate in test drives to those who qualify
• Identify customers needs through interviewing
• Participate in all sales training meetings
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager during the transaction process

Qualifications

for Car Salesperson

• High School Graduate
• Previous Automotive Experience a plus
• Previous Sales Experience a plus
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal capability
• A drive to excel under pressure
• Ability to work Saturdays and evenings
• A valid driver's license
