Overview

We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Used Car Salesperson (Spanish/English) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-energy dealership where your skills directly impact your earnings. For this role, it is essential that the candidate has experience managing Meta Ads, Facebook Marketplace, and Facebook business pages, including posting vehicles, handling online leads, and supporting dealership marketing efforts through social media platforms. If you thrive in sales, love connecting with people, are fluent in Spanish, and understand how to use Facebook and Meta tools to help drive car sales, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in both English and Spanish, guiding them through the vehicle buying process.
• Understand and present vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
• Build trust with customers, focusing on the unique needs of subprime buyers.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and maintain customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Manage and maintain Facebook Marketplace listings, Facebook business pages, and Meta Ads campaigns as part of the sales and marketing process.
• Post vehicles online, keep inventory updated on social platforms, respond to online inquiries, and help generate traffic through digital channels.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with management and finance to ensure a smooth sales process.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
• Prior sales experience preferred (auto sales or related field).
• Experience with Meta Ads, Facebook Marketplace, and Facebook page management is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
