Experienced Property Leasing Specialist (Part Time or Full Time) Growing property management company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Leasing Specialist to join our team on either a part time or full time basis. We manage a large portfolio of single family homes, multifamily properties, and commercial real estate and are looking for an individual who can help maintain high occupancy levels and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

:

• Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospective tenants
• Schedule and conduct property showings
• Process rental applications and verify applicant qualifications
• Prepare leases and move in documentation
• Maintain accurate leasing records and reports
• Coordinate with maintenance and management staff to ensure units are rent ready
• Market available properties through online platforms and social media
• Assist in achieving occupancy and leasing goals

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 2 years of residential leasing experience required
• Strong knowledge of single family and multifamily property leasing
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Experience with property management software preferred
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Detail oriented and dependable
