Sales Associate Sloane's Carpet Secret Location: Denver, CO (in person) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000$125,000 per year (base + commission) Reports to: General Manager About Sloane's Sloane's Carpet Secret provides premium brand-name carpet for less and is proud to be one of Colorado's top privately owned carpet stores. We're a family-owned business with an excellent reputation and a small, experienced, tight-knit team. Our people earn better-than-average income with no evening or shop-at-home hours. The Role We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our award-winning team. Our ideal candidate has a strong floor-covering background and enjoys working with the public in a casual but professional atmosphere. You'll handle carpet sales to walk-in traffic and scheduled appointments, and follow through with customers as needed. What You'll Need

• Sales experience with a track record of success, preferably in a floor-covering or retail environment
• Flooring knowledge: understanding of selling and/or installing carpet and other flooring materials
• Computer literacy
• Math skills: ability to generate cost estimates
• A team-first attitude we're a friendly, tight-knit crew and want people who are easy to work with
• Availability to work weekends Nice to Have
• Former flooring installers are a great fit at Sloane's you'll get off your knees and earn more money
• Self-starter who thrives in an independent environment
• Familiarity with the flooring software RFMS

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of sales experience
