As a key part of our retail team, you will help create an exceptional dealership experience by assisting customers with Harley-Davidson apparel, accessories, and general merchandise while driving sales and maintaining a high standard of store presentation. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and delivering a welcoming retail experience
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Harley-Davidson apparel, accessories, and general merchandise
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandise displays
• Restock, tag, and organize inventory as needed
• Assist with receiving shipments and maintaining accurate inventory levels
• Support promotions, sales goals, and store events
• Handle customer questions, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (motorcycle or apparel retail a plus)
• Passion for Harley-Davidson, motorcycles, or the powersports lifestyle preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills required
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer, POS, and data entry skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
