Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand installed product sales within assigned territories.
• Engage with customers through outside and inside sales efforts, including cold calling and lead generation activities.
• Conduct detailed product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of gutters, afterpaints, garage doors, and related products.
• Manage key accounts and nurture long-term customer relationships through effective account management strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the home improvement or construction industry.
• Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory management and lead generation initiatives.
• Excellent negotiation, customer service, and communication skills to build trust and close deals effectively.
• Ability to conduct product demos confidently and upsell complementary products or services.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and analysis skills to identify new business opportunities.
• Experience in retail or direct sales environments with a focus on territory or account management is highly desirable.
