Job Summary

: We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Tour Sales Representative to join our team! This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for promoting and selling tours, engaging with customers, and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Proactively sell and promote tours to customers.
• Stand for extended periods while engaging with potential customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and offering tailored recommendations.
• Work independently to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Approach potential clients with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tour offerings, pricing, and availability.
• Process bookings and payments accurately.
• Handle any customer's concerns professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

& Skills:

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about tourism, travel, and delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Ability to handle transactions and basic administrative tasks.
