Responsibilities

• Represent Verizon products and services through direct customer interactions
• Educate potential customers on available wireless, internet, and bundled service options
• Assist customers through the enrollment and account setup process
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication
• Answer customer questions regarding Verizon services and promotions
• Meet individual and team performance goals in a collaborative environment
• Participate in daily meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training programs
• Maintain accurate customer information and complete enrollment documentation
• Support customer retention efforts through exceptional service and follow-up
• Work closely with leadership and fellow Customer Enrollment Associate team members to achieve company objectives
