About the Role

We're hiring a Proven Sales Closer someone who doesn't just pitch, but consistently wins deals against real competition. You'll have a dedicated team of BDRs working for you , qualifying prospects and transferring interested decision-makers directly to your phone. Your job is to do what you do best: close. No cold-calling grind, no chasing unqualified leads, no wasted dials. Just warm transfers from business owners who've already said they're interested in hearing more. What You'll Do

• Close high-value B2B deals via phone and Zoom
• Take live warm transfers from our BDR team and convert them into customers
• Deliver engaging, conversion-focused sales presentations
• Handle objections ("I need to think about it," "I can't afford it," "I've been burned before") with confidence
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly targets Who Should Apply You should only apply if you can honestly answer "yes" to all of these:
• You have a documented track record as a top closer in B2B sales (top 1020% of your team, President's Club, ranked leaderboard finishes, etc.)
• You've closed deals over phone or Zoom not just in-person or inbound order-taking
• You can speak specifically to your close rate, average deal size, and how you ranked against peers
• You handle objections decisively and don't fold under pushback
• You can work in-office in Fort Lauderdale, MonFri, 96 If you've never been a top performer, please don't apply.
