We're an up-and-coming outdoor advertising company rapidly expanding across Los Angeles, with over 100 sign locations and a growing mix of static and digital assets. We're building a team of driven, ambitious people who want to grow with us as we scale. The Role We're looking for an Account Executive - Advertising OOH Sales Representative who's hungry to learn, hustle, and grow into a top performer. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career even a first job who wants real-world sales experience in a fast-moving industry. You'll be responsible for helping generate new business, building relationships, and supporting the sales process from outreach to close.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and reach out to potential clients (calls, emails, in-person when needed)
• Help build and maintain a pipeline of advertisers and agencies
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations
• Learn our inventory (billboards + digital placements) and how to sell it effectively
• Follow up consistently with leads and opportunities
• Support senior sales team members on active deals
• Track activity What We're Looking For
• Strong work ethic someone who's willing to put in the effort to succeed
• Positive attitude and coachability
• Comfortable talking to new people and handling rejection
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Organized and self-motivated
• Interest in sales, marketing, media, or advertising Bonus (not required):
• Any prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience
• Familiarity with advertising or media
