An established property management company seeking a motivated and customer- focused Leasing Professional to join our team at our premier apartment community in Waterford Township. We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who shares our commitment to exceptional customer service, professionalism, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lease apartment homes to prospective residents and conduct property tours
• Process rental applications and assist applicants throughout the leasing process
• Prepare lease agreements and facilitate lease signings
• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist the Property Manager with daily administrative and operational responsibilities
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computers and standard office software
• Experience with AppFolio property management software is a plus
• Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred Position Details

• Saturday hours required
