Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a professional and courteous interaction.
• Utilize computerized systems to manage customer accounts and document interactions accurately.
• Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions or escalate as necessary.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients and gather feedback on services.
• Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services that meet customer needs.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Uphold phone etiquette standards while interacting with customers to foster positive relationships. Experience
• Previous experience in customer service or client support is preferred.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently.
• Excellent phone communication skills in English; Spanish bilingual candidates are highly desirable.
• Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
