Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or services
• Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain the cash drawer, perform cash management tasks, and handle retail math calculations with precision
• Assist customers with retail lending options or financial services when applicable, explaining features clearly
• Enter data efficiently into financial software and maintain accurate records of sales, transactions, and customer interactions
• Support loan collections and processing activities as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Keep the sales floor organized, restock merchandise, and ensure product displays are attractive and accessible

Qualifications

• Prior retail store experience is preferred but not required; a passion for customer service is essential
• Basic math skills including retail math, 10 key typing, and processing cash transactions confidently
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively and explain financial or retail products clearly
• Knowledge of financial software or familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
