Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and helping sales growth through effective communication. This job does require insurance licenses and will have to pass a background check.

Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through warm calling and networking.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist with policy changes and follow-up communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services.
• Provide leadership in account management by mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Have at least 1 year of customer service experience (phones + multitasking)
• Familiarity with insurance sales processes and methodologies is a plus.
• Are organized, proactive, and love collaborating with a team
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
