MJ MGMT Group is expanding in Tampa and looking for a Client Account Coordinator who believes everyone deserves secure, reliable connectivity. In this role, you'll meet with clients in person and help them understand how Frontier's telecommunications solutions keep them connected. You'll take full ownership of the client account lifecycle, from the first conversation to the tailored service plan, building relationships that turn a routine visit into lasting account loyalty. Core Functions of the Client Account Coordinator:

• Coordinate accounts by introducing Frontier's fiber internet services through informative, client-focused sales interactions
• Build trusted relationships by understanding client connectivity goals before recommending internet and mobile solutions
• Support account enhancements, including device upgrades, additional wireless packages, internet speed improvements, and bundled services
• Present Frontier connectivity solutions in a client-friendly way that supports informed decisions without unnecessary technical language
• Strengthen client loyalty by providing dependable support throughout the relationship
• Collaborate with the broader team to improve account growth, client retention, and sales performance Preferred Skills for the Client Account Coordinator:
• Proficient in highlighting practical Frontier improvements for clients
• Maintains high standards of honesty in Frontier recommendations
• Keeps current with Frontier developments to provide confident guidance
• Handles client accounts with professionalism and poise
• Strong relationship-building skills for account management Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
