Job Description

• Assistingwith day-to-day management of properties (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and tenant requests.
• Helping with lease administration (drafting, renewals, rent collection tracking).
• Preparing financial or occupancy reports for property owners.
• Supporting compliance with local housing, safety, or commercial regulations.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (written and verbal) is highly perferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Comfortable with multitasking and handling administrative duties - Down - to -earth Personalty
• Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
