Job Summary

:

• Managing LIHTC compliance (income limits, certifications, recertifications)
• Supervising leasing and property staff
• Ensuring tax credit regulations are followed
• Handling resident relations and occupancy goals
• Coordinating maintenance and property operations

Key Responsibilities

: Lease Violations and Evictions: Monitor tenant compliance with lease agreements and document lease violations, issuing warnings and notices as necessary. Coordinate and execute the eviction process in accordance with local laws and regulations. Vendor and Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee property inspections, ensuring compliance with housing standards. Work closely with maintenance staff to address repair needs and ensure timely completion of work orders. Manage vendor relationships, including obtaining bids and overseeing contracted services. Duties

: Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records and property files. Prepare reports on leasing activity, occupancy rates, and property conditions. Assist with the preparation and execution of annual recertifications for LIHTC compliance. Collect rent payments and security deposits under the supervision of the Community Manager. Enter Pre-Applications into the waitlist software system accurately and in a timely manner. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in LIHTC and TCAC ( Certification needed) In-depth knowledge of fair housing laws and local landlord-tenant regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual skills, Spanish preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
