Leasing Agent Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic leasing agent with LIHTC experience? Our client is looking for a Leasing Agent who is ready to take on a pivotal role in their team. Key Responsibilities

:

• Sales and Leasing : Utilize your previous sales or leasing experience to attract and retain tenants as a Leasing Agent.
• Customer Interaction : As a Leasing Agent , you will answer phones, greet prospects, and assist all guests with paperwork.
• Data Management : Perform data entry for new move-ins and applicants.
• Administrative Tasks : Create work orders, assist with renewals, and handle rent, fines, and late fees collections.
• Property Management : Walk units to ensure they are ready for move-ins and deliver notices to residents.

Qualifications

:

• Experience : Previous low income housing tax credit leasing experience required for the Leasing Agent position.
• Tech Savvy : Comfortable with computer and scheduling software.
• Communication : Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliability : Must be reliable and excited about the Leasing Agent role.
• Transportation : Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
