• 401(k) matching Local manufacturer of low volume custom products is in need of a sales lead. The company continues to grow and is looking for skilled team members with strong work histories. Pay range can be further discussed during interview.

Requirements

: Successful candidate must have experience in and be able to perform the following functions:

• 5-10+ years of sales experience
• 4 year college degree preferred (BS in Engineering or BS in Business, Marketing, Finance or related)
• Experience using software to maintain sales data
• Experience in manufacturing desired
• Ability to sell engineered custom products.
• Identify prospective customers and converting leads
• Maintain good relationships with current customers, discussing ongoing needs and meeting expectations
• Negotiate prices and term and other elements of sales agreements
• Ability to create quotes and sales proposals.
• Ability to visit customers to maintain good relationships and build new relationships
