What You'll Do

As the first friendly face prospective residents meet, you'll lead them through the leasing journey from first tour to signed lease. Day to day, you'll:

• Conduct apartment tours and highlight community features
• Guide prospects through applications and lease paperwork
• Build strong relationships with current residents to support renewals
• Support front-office operations and respond to resident needs
• Help create a welcoming, professional atmosphere for every visitor What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in leasing, residential property management, or customer service preferred
• A natural at building rapport, with solid sales and closing skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office
• Reliable transportation Bonus points if you've worked with Yardi or other property management software, or have experience in resident retention and multifamily operations - but we're happy to train the right person. Schedule Full-time, MondayFriday plus most Saturdays. Working a Saturday earns you a weekday off, so your week stays balanced.
