Assistant Store Manager Metro by T-Mobile is looking for our next Assistant Manager in training. If you are interested in growth and leading your own team, we have a spot for you. We are looking for someone that enjoys helping people, has a strong work ethic and is driven to put in the extra work for a higher reward. Our job consists mostly of selling phones and accessories, taking bill payments, helping customers with issues they may have with their service or devices and keeping the store clean. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be learning the role of a Store Manager to be ready if the position opens up. We are looking for someone that has the following qualities:

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Meet sales goals for wireless devices and accessories
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
