What You'll Do

This is a dynamic, active role where you will wear multiple hats. You won't just be stuck behind a counteryou will be a vital part of keeping our yard, warehouse, and showroom running smoothly:

• Power Equipment & Logistics: Safely operate power equipment, including forklifts , to move inventory and load/unload materials.
• Off-Load Delivery Trucks: Receive incoming shipments, off-load delivery trucks, and organize stock so products are readily available.
• Heavy Lifting: Frequently and safely lift up to 80 pounds unassisted to move heavy materials, building supplies, and inventory.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Welcoming customers, answering inquiries in person and over the phone, and helping them find the right products for their projects.
• Order Processing: Use our point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately process transactions and customer orders.
• Merchandising: Keep our shelves stocked and displays organized, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both customers and your teammates.

• Experience & Licensing: Previous customer service, retail, or warehouse experience is a plus. Experience operating forklifts or other power equipment is highly preferred (though we will train the right candidate).
