An established multifamily management company is seeking an experienced Leasing Specialist to join our team at a well-maintained apartment community in the Spartanburg area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leasing professional who enjoys helping prospective residents find their next home while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Respond promptly to phone, online, and walk-in inquiries.
• Qualify prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process.
• Prepare leases, move-in documentation, and related paperwork.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into leases.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building positive resident relationships.
• Inspect model apartments, vacant homes, and community amenities to ensure tour readiness.
• Assist with resident events, marketing initiatives, and outreach efforts.
• Support lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the local apartment market and competitive communities.
• Collaborate with the onsite management team to achieve occupancy and resident satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 23 years of apartment leasing experience required.
• Experience with Yardi, RENTCafe, and RENTCafe CRM is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptable, dependable, and committed to delivering outstanding results. Schedule
• Full-time
• Monday through Friday with Saturday flexibility as needed
• Occasional evenings for resident events or business needs
