Job Description

: If you have a commitment to excellence, enjoy exceeding goals and work well in a team atmosphere this may be your opportunity to join our successful team. We are looking for a Leasing Agent who will be responsible for following a trained leasing process, attaining sales and retention goals and setting the pace for fellow team members. The individual should be willing to work in a fun, competitive leasing environment, willing to work some weekends and have flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
• Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
• Confirm rental application data and personal references
• Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
• Provide information on all aspects of properties

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred
• Yardi experience highly preferred
• Saturday hours are required
• Retail, automotive, hospitality and property management backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• The individual must have an outgoing personality
• Must have strong communication skills and a desire to learn
• Must have proven reliability, be goal oriented, and willing to adapt to a fast paced and quickly changing environment
