About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our growing office. Whether you're an experienced agent or newly licensed, we provide the training, tools, and support you need to thrive.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand their buying, selling, or investing needs
• Conduct market research and provide clients with accurate property insights
• Schedule and host property showings and open houses
• Negotiate transactions while ensuring client satisfaction
• Build and maintain a strong client and referral network
• Stay up to date on real estate laws, contracts, and market trends

Qualifications

• Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain with our support)
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
