Overview

• Suncore is seeking a driven Concrete Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll build relationships with customers, research new markets, and drive sales by presenting and quoting products. With a focus on customer service and strategic thinking, you'll work closely with managers and dispatch teams to ensure project success. • Things You'll Do
• Describe, present, and sell products.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Investigate new markets and products.
• Research project requirements and determine sales prospects for products.
• Compose clear, professional emails, proposals, and customer correspondence.
• Establish prices in the accounting system for products and services.
• Quote prices for products and freight to current and prospective customers.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales, activity, and expense reports.
• Monitor customer job progress and accuracy of product tickets and orders.
• Perform credit collection on past due accounts for assigned customers.
• Establish working relationships with employees that have initial contact with customers.
• Work closely with managers to determine customer requirements, coordinate the availability of products, and evaluate cost and pricing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Bachelor of Science degree in sales, marketing or related field preferred.
• Customer focused.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills.
• Ability to review and analyze financial information.
• Strategic thinking skills.
• Detailed knowledge of concrete and aggregate products.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to quickly learn industry-specific software applications.
