Roofing Sales Specialist Location: Louisville, KYJob Type: Full-Time | W-2 Employee Build Your Career with a Growing Roofing Company We're looking for a driven and experienced Roofing Sales Specialist to join our expanding team in Louisville, KY. If you're a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating your own business, and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do

• Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, community events, and prospecting.
• Meet with homeowners to conduct roof inspections and consultations.
• Present roofing solutions and prepare professional proposals.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to project completion.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to build lasting relationships.
• Manage appointments, inspections, and sales activities using the company's CRM system.
• Primarily sell residential roofing services, with opportunities to work on commercial projects based on experience. What We're Looking For
• Previous roofing sales experience is highly preferred.
• Proven success in outside sales or a related industry.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and generate leads.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Professional, reliable, and motivated to achieve sales goals.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience in construction, exterior home services, or related trades is a plus. Territory
• Based in Louisville, KY.
• Travel within approximately a 50-mile radius of Louisville.
• Most appointments are within 30 minutes of the office.

Compensation

• Paid training: $400 per week for up to 8 weeks (or commission if earnings exceed training pay).
• Competitive commission structure with opportunities to earn higher commission based on lead source and job profitability. (8% for company leads and 12% for self generated )
• Uncapped earning potential for high performers.
• Company vehicle available after meeting established sales performance benchmarks. Schedule
• Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Evening appointments may be scheduled based on customer availability.
• Saturday appointments are optional.
