Responsibilities

:

• Meet with customers to introduce and explain Kinetic fiber internet packages.
• Provide customer-facing demonstrations that simplify product features.
• Assist with enrollments and help guide customers toward the right internet solutions.
• Offer basic support and answer questions about fiber upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and completed enrollments.
• Contribute to weekly performance and team targets.
• Stay familiar with ongoing promotions, network expansions, and service updates.

Overview

: This position is a full-time employment position in Charlotte, NC. This position is Monday-Saturday, with an average of 40 hours per week working in an in-person, customer service-focused role with customers.

• Pay: 100% commission - $70-$200 per order. On average, a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
• Clients & Products: We work with wireless, promoting and signing up new customers for their internet services for Kinetic Fiber & Frontier clients.
• Location: Charlotte, NC.
• Average Pay: $3,700 - 4,400.00 average per month Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,700.00 - $4,400.00 per month
