A dynamic sales and business consulting firm is hiring an AT&T; Representative. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for the community, articulating the value of advanced telecommunications services and fostering a strong connection with our clients. As an AT&T; Representative, you will empower community members by connecting them to reliable services. You'll provide expert guidance on service choices and recommend solutions, while also ensuring accurate record-keeping to support the campaign's responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

of the AT &T; Representative

• Promote AT&T; wireless and fiber services through daily outreach in assigned communities.
• Explain service plans, eligibility, and enrollment steps using clear, campaign-aligned language.
• Assist clients with plan selection and application completion based on usage and program fit.
• Log outreach activity and enrollment data using mobile CRM tools.
• Share field insights with campaign leads to refine messaging and improve performance.
• Track personal metrics and contribute to team goals for activations and program growth.

Minimum Qualifications

of the AT &T; Representative

• Must be 18+ years old to apply
• High school diploma or GED required; business-related coursework is a plus.
• Up to 1 year of experience in outreach, sales, or campaign work is helpful; structured internships are also valued.
• Clear communicator with the ability to explain AT&T; service plans in everyday language.
• Professional, focused, and resilient during daily zone-level outreach.
• Comfortable using mobile tools to log activity, manage records, and stay organized in the field. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month
