Inside Sales/Outside Sales Representative Lift Station Manufacturing Location: Tampa, FL Job Type: Full-Time, Senior Level Role

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Inside Sales/Outside Sales Representative to help with our Tampa operations. This is not a general management position; prior experience within the lift station or wastewater industry is strictly required. You will be the central point of leadership, bridging the gap between local sales growth and technical production execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Targeted Sales: Leverage your industry knowledge to drive lift station sales, consulting with municipal and private contractors on technical specifications and pump system requirements.
• Production & Scheduling: Oversee the manufacturing floor, managing timelines for assembly, basin fabrication, and electrical control integration to ensure on-time delivery.
• Office & Operations Management: Direct all branch administrative functions, including P&L; responsibility, inventory procurement, and team leadership.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all production meets environmental and OSHA standards specific to heavy industrial manufacturing. Mandatory

Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Minimum 5+ years of direct experience in the lift station, pump system, or wastewater equipment industry.
• Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of lift station components (submersible pumps, valves, basins, and control panels).
• Proven Leadership: Experience managing both a production workforce and an administrative office team.
• Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Jacksonville/North Florida construction and utility landscape is a major plus.
