Responsibilities

• Receive, enter, process, and track customer orders through fulfillment.
• Support Account Managers with quotations, order processing, and customer communications.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Assist with resolving customer inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, order entry, or administrative support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and general computer applications.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with order fulfillment or e-commerce operations.
• Exposure to sales support, inside sales, or account management functions.
• Experience working with vendors, suppliers, or inventory-related processes.
