Make the Right Move Alpine Moving Company is Hiring Closers Alpine Moving Company (est. 2012) is growing fast, and we want driven, passionate, badass closers who love the thrill of the deal. This is a full- time sales role for someone who's hungry, competitive, and ready to earn what they're worth. We hand you the leads you turn them into booked moves. This is not a laid-back desk job. We want hunters who pick up the phone, build instant rapport, and close. How it works - Paid training first: an intensive onboarding with an hourly base plus commission while we teach you our system. - Then you go full-time, commission-only uncapped earnings with tiered rates that climb as you produce. The better you close, the more you make. - We give you the leads, the playbook, and the support. You bring the drive. What you'll do - Attack incoming leads fast phone, email, and web - Build rapport, handle objections, and CLOSE - Quote moves accurately and lock in bookings - Follow up relentlessly and turn customers into referrals - Hit and beat your weekly and monthly targets Who we're looking for - A closer at heart driven, competitive, and money-motivated - Confident on the phone and impossible to rattle - A self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding - Reliable, coachable, and hungry to grow - Sales experience is a plus, but we'll train the right closer

Compensation
