WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build relationships with local business owners to understand their employee benefits needs
• Present and sell Aflac's supplemental insurance products through consultative conversations
• Guide employees through benefits enrollment and serve as their ongoing support contact
• Grow your book of business through referrals, networking, and outreach
• Manage your own pipeline and schedule this is your business to build REQUIREMENTS
• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S. (no employer sponsorship available)
• Willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license we provide study materials and support
• Strong communicator with a natural ability to connect with people
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Prior sales experience a plus, but not required COMPENSATION & PERKS
