Location: Duncanville, TX Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Pay: Hourly Rate (DOE) +Performance Bonus

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and in-person client visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Generate leads and schedule sales appointments.
• Present staffing solutions tailored to each client's hiring needs.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Work closely with recruiters to ensure client staffing needs are met.
• Represent Arrow Personnel at networking events and community functions.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bilingual
• Previous sales, marketing, or business development experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and competitive drive.
• Comfortable making cold calls and conducting outside sales visits. What We Offer
