Duties

• Assist customers in person opening new accounts by explaining products, services, and account options clearly and confidently
• Conduct thorough customer needs assessments to recommend suitable wireless solutions and upsell additional services when appropriate
• Verify customer identities, review documentation, and ensure compliance with fraud prevention and detection protocols
• Process account applications efficiently using crm software, ensuring accuracy in data entry and transaction processing
• Maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication, follow-up, and personalized service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for cross-selling wireless products and services to meet customer needs Experience
• Proven experience in sales or customer relationship management
• Strong understanding of fraud prevention techniques and compliance standards in wireless transactions
• Proficiency with financial software systems and cash management tools is highly desirable
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients
