Position

Overview

We are seeking a Traveling Sales Representative to drive product sales and expand our market footprint. This role requires an enthusiastic self-starter with strong organizational and sales skills, capable of engaging with store staff and customers to boost product visibility, secure new accounts, and maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Territory Growth: Travel weekly to present and sell our products to C-stores and gas stations, actively opening new accounts while maintaining and growing existing ones.
• Sales Execution: Actively engage with store staff and customers to promote products, aiming to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Relationship Management: Develop and foster strong relationships with store personnel to ensure smooth merchandising operations and long-term loyalty.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Monitor inventory levels, ensure displays remain fully stocked, and restock as necessary to support and drive sales.
• Reporting: Gather and report sales performance data, customer feedback, and store-specific insights to the management team.
• Time Management: Effectively manage your schedule and travel route to cover all locations efficiently and optimize sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or a related field.
• Proven sales abilities with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently on the road.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
