Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Support existing sales accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities
• Communicate daily with customers, vendors, and internal departments
• Provide outstanding customer service and product support
• Negotiate competitive pricing and product solutions
• Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Assist with customer collections alongside the Accounting Department when necessary
• Develop expertise in seafood products, market trends, and customer needs
• Conduct outside sales visits and account development throughout assigned territories
