Position Summary

This is not a high-pressure sales position. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, networking, and helping clients find the right financial solutions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and comfortable speaking with business owners, families, and community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with prospective clients and referral partners.
• Network with local business organizations, Chambers of Commerce, and community groups.
• Schedule appointments for tax, accounting, bookkeeping, retirement, insurance, and estate planning consultations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional services to existing clients.
• Represent the firm at networking events, seminars, and community activities.
• Work closely with the firm's owner to develop business growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in business development, sales, banking, insurance, financial services, or customer relationship management preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable networking and building professional relationships.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Compensation

: $30,000$36,000 base salary plus commissions and bonuses (or part-time equivalent), depending on experience. Schedule: MondayFriday, with occasional evening networking events.
