Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated store associate to join our team. As a store associate Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers, managing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
• Engage in retail sales by promoting products and upselling items to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
• Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers.
• Utilize basic math skills to ensure accurate pricing and change during transactions.
• Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Keeping convenience store and gas station premises clean. Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
