Sales & Social Media Coordinator Full-Time | On-Site | Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Branch Out Apparel is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Sales & Social Media Coordinator who is passionate about connecting with people, growing a purpose-driven brand, and making a meaningful impact in the neurodiversity community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and using creative marketing to tell a compelling story. As our Sales & Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving sales through wholesale outreach, business partnerships, event opportunities, and online customer engagement while also helping grow our brand across social media and digital platforms. You'll create engaging content, build meaningful connections with customers and community partners, and help share the mission behind Branch Out Apparel with authenticity and enthusiasm. This role also plays an important part in supporting our inclusive workplace, where adults who are autistic and neurodivergent contribute their unique talents and perspectives to our team. About Branch Out Apparel Branch Out Apparel is a new venture from Willow ABA, a family-owned organization dedicated to supporting individuals with autism and their families since 2020. Branch Out was created to continue Willow's mission of helping the autistic population through all stages of life. Responsibilities

• Drive sales through phone, online, wholesale, and business-to-business outreach.
• Build relationships with customers, community partners, and potential wholesale accounts.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the Branch Out Apparel brand.
• Create and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Etsy, and our website.
• Take photos and videos, edit content, write captions, and engage with our online community.
• Help increase brand awareness, website traffic, and sales through creative marketing strategies.
• Represent Branch Out Apparel at community events, vendor markets, and networking opportunities as needed.
• Share and promote our mission of creating meaningful employment opportunities for autistic and neurodivergent adults.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with a proven ability to build relationships and achieve goals.
• Experience managing social media for a business or brand.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable creating social media content, including photography, video, and graphic design.
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Squarespace, or similar platforms.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional or personal experience supporting the autistic and neurodivergent community is highly preferred. What Makes You a Great Fit
