What You'll Do

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right vehicles
• Become a product expert with in-depth knowledge of inventory, technology, and features
• Demonstrate vehicles and highlight industry-leading features and benefits
• Follow up with internet inquiries, phone leads, and showroom customers
• Set appointments and manage online leads effectively
• Maintain relationships with past customers to generate repeat and referral business
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve performance What We're Looking For
