Full description of the position

Brown Investment Properties is seeking a Full Time Leasing Consultant to work in the Triad Area as a floater between three properties. Looking for outgoing, detailed-oriented person with great marketing sense, customer service skills, and computer competency. Multifamily experience a plus. Bilingual a plus. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK WEEKENDS. Credit, background and drug screens required prior to hiring.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants during property tours and leasing process. - Utilize knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all leasing activities. - Effectively market available properties to attract potential tenants, utilizing bilingual skills when necessary. - Utilize computer skills to maintain accurate records, process applications, and communicate with landlords and tenants. - Collaborate with property management team to address maintenance requests and ensure tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Customer service experience in a property management or real estate setting - Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law - Strong communication skills in English and [insert second language for bilingual requirement] - Proficiency in computer skills, including property management software like Yardi or OneSite - Ability to effectively market properties and negotiate contracts - Experience in property leasing and maintenance tasks BIP is an EOE. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour
