Now Hiring: Apartment Leasing Consultant

• San Francisco, CA 94114 Pay: $23/hr Schedule: Monday through Friday Contract and Contract to Hire Opportunities Available BG Staffing is seeking a personable and motivated Apartment Leasing Consultant to support a thriving community in San Francisco, CA 94114. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information
• Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents
• Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communication
• Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach
• Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth leasing process
• Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

Requirements

• Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable using basic computer and property management software
