/ Summary Are you a natural closer who loves a scoreboard and can't stand a cold lead? Green Springs Companies is creating its first dedicated full-time leasing seat a chance to own the leasing engine across our entire portfolio of 270+ residential units in the Saratoga Springs region. You will be the first impression of every Green Springs community and the person who turns interest into a signed lease. What We Offer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES This is a focused leasing and conversion role. You own the journey from the moment a lead comes in to the moment a signed lease is handed off for move-in. Respond to every inbound lead within two business hours across our CRMs.
• Schedule, prepare for, and conduct property tours both in-person and self-guided coordination across the full portfolio
• Know our inventory cold: current availability, floor plans, pricing, pet and screening policies, and community selling points
• Partner with marketing each week on lead quality: which sources convert, which don't, and which units may need a pricing or listing refresh
• Hit and report weekly scorecard targets
• Manage and follow up on lease renewals in coordination with the Property Management team MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year in high-volume customer-facing sales
• Naturally responsive and organized you don't let leads go cold
• Comfortable with CRM tools and weekly metrics; you like a scoreboard
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between properties in the Saratoga region
• NYS real estate license
• Experience with Sales CRMs BENEFITS
