Compensation

: $40,000 - $55,000 per year (base pay + commissions) Shifts: First shift DAYTIME hours, Monday-Friday

• Assist individuals interested in renting units throughout the leasing process
• Show units both in person and virtually
• Schedule appointments and coordinate move in/move out dates
• Complete paperwork and ensure accuracy in documents and rental agreements
• Explain details of rental agreements efficiently and accurately

Requirements

of a Leasing Agent:

• High School Diploma
• Prior leasing experience is required
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
