Location: Lake Mary, FL Schedule: Full Time (Weekends Mandatory) Are you a motivated, customer-focused professional with a passion for sales and relationship building? Join our team as a Leasing Consultant and play a key role in achieving occupancy goals while delivering exceptional service to both prospective and current residents.

About the Role

You will handle all aspects of leasing apartment homes, ensuring compliance with Federal Fair Housing Laws and company policies. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and enjoys exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and showcase available apartments to prospective residents.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process, including screening and verification.
• Maintain accurate records using AppFolio property management software.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve resident inquiries promptly.
• Processing Lease Renewals and Taking Ownership of Resident Retention
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure unit readiness and resident satisfaction.
• Implement upselling strategies to promote additional amenities and services.
• Assist with marketing efforts to drive traffic and leasing activity.
• Manage administrative tasks, including data entry and organized record-keeping. Skills &

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 12 years of leasing experience required (sales & closing skills strongly preferred).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written & verbal).
• Experience with AppFolio and MS Office (Word & Excel) preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
