We're committed to selling top name brands like GE, Electrolux, Frigidaire, GE Monogram, KitchenAid, Sub- Zero/Wolf, Bosch, and more. Because of unprecedented growth, we need to hire a 2-3 additional high energy SALES PROS to join our team. Job

Requirements

While previous sales experience in appliances, furniture or other big-ticket items is a plus, it is not required; what is essential for this role is an outgoing personality along with customer service experience and willingness to roll up your sleeves and learn. Basically, if you have the energy to succeed and are committed to providing first class customer service, this is the position for you! (Typical income can range from $50-75K+). Appliance Associate requirements: Energetic, self-motivated sales professional with exceptional interpersonal, listening and communication skills Habla Espaol? Bilingual is a plus! High School graduate, or equivalent Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills; Ability to work flexible schedule, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Pleasant and polite manners when dealing with co-workers as well as customers. (We believe in the Golden Rule) Basic reading, math, writing and nimble computer skills A commitment to high professional ethical standards (doing the right thing for the customer and EARNING new referrals) Previous sales experience with verifiable positive track record of success, preferably in the area of appliances or big ticket items, preferred Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance Pass criminal background check, pre-employment physical and drug test
