Compensation

: This is a commission-based opportunity with a competitive split designed to reward active, high-performing listing agents. There is no cap on what you can earn. Leads and appointments provided:

• Access to Realtor.com leads actively looking to sell
• Preset listing appointments with ready-to-list sellers set by our inside sales team
• A consistent pipeline of opportunities so you can focus on production Additional support:

• Real opportunities for growth and advancement as the brokerage scales What you'll do
• Represent sellers throughout the listing and sales process from initial appointment through close
• Win listing presentations and build strong client relationships that generate referrals
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for each listing to attract qualified buyers
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers to achieve the best possible outcome
• Manage transactions from contract to close with professionalism and attention to detail
• Maintain consistent follow up with your pipeline of seller leads
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture What you'll bring
• Active Colorado Real Estate License for at least 2 years
• A track record of 5 to 7 or more closed transactions annually over the past 2 years
• Strong working knowledge of Colorado contracts and listing practices
• Proven ability to win listing presentations and build trust with sellers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• A professional reputation within the local real estate community
• A clean professional record with no significant ethics violations, license disciplinary actions, or unresolved complaints
